Order
Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible! With this, we can only make changes or cancel an order within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
If an item on retailsoutdoor.com is reduced in price within 14-days of the order being placed, we will be happy to offer a refund for the difference.
We apologize if your item arrived damaged or defective. Please email us pictures of the item along with your order number as soon as you receive the item, and we will be happy to assist you.
Delivery
Please be sure to look out for your Shipping Confirmation email that will have all tracking numbers for you to reference!
We ship to most countries Worldwide.For deliveries with in the US it usually takes 2 to 3 business days for delivery while for other countries it takes upto 14 days. The shipment charges within the US are mentioned below :
- Free Shipping on all orders over $50!
- Standard Ground Shipping is $4.99
For countries outside the US ,International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by fedex based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination.

Returns
We will gladly accept merchandise returns within 30 days of delivery given the item is in new/salable condition. Simply return it damage-free within 30 days and we’ll issue a full refund for the product. Please return your product in secure packaging with proof of purchase and contact information
Please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item. We will be happy to honor the original price you paid.
No, refund will only include the price of merchandise and is totally exclusive of the courier charges.
Please allow up to 14 days once we receive the item for your funds to be reflected on your account.
International Orders
Confirm or change your country by clicking the country flag at the top of any page. Start shopping! When you place an international order, your transaction will be processed by fedex. You’ll see an order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
If you don’t see your country listed, fedex doesn’t currently ship to that destination.
If you are shipping to the U.S, simply proceed through the regular checkout process.
Payment methods vary by destination; you’ll see all your options during checkout.
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by fedex and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (vat) will be calculated into your final order total during checkout. They are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that fedex supports.
International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by fedex based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination.
We offer economy and priority shipping options.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer free shipping to international destinations.
International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.

Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
We accept international returns if your request is within 60 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
We do not accept international exchanges. If you need to exchange an item you will need to request a return, ship the item back at your expense, and purchase the replacement item as a new order.
